Antigua is a luxury townhouse community in Jupiter, Florida that features 280 townhomes for sale and for rent in Abacoa. The Antigua neighborhood was built by Town and Country from 2004 through 2006. The townhomes offer five different two and three story models that range between 1,300 square feet and 2,140 square feet under air. Homeowners Association (HOA) fees are $234/month and include exterior maintenance and basic cable television.

Some of the great features that the community offers are the mixed use zoning (live/work townhomes) where you can live in the two floors above your small business and enjoy all the conveniences of not driving to work. Additionally, the community is centrally located and is a very short walk to the downtown areas shops, restaurants, sports bars, and boutiques.

The community is located across the street from the Jupiter Skate Park, to the East of Parkside Drive and to the North and South of Frederick Small Road in Jupiter, FL. Amenities include a clubhouse, pool, and cabana and is only a short walk away from the Skate Park, Town Center, Roger Dean Stadium, and Tennis Courts.
