Charleston Court was built in two different phases: Phase one was built in 1999 and is located to the west of Parkside Drive and adjacent to the 9th hole of the Abacoa Golf Club and features 110 townhouses. Phase two was built in 2000 and is located to the south of Frederick Small Road and adjacent to the 7th and 8th holes of the Abacoa Golf Club and features 82 townhomes. The only architectural difference between the two phases was the addition of a balcony off the master bedroom in phase two.

Charleston Court is located in Jupiter, Florida and is within walking distance from all the conveniences of the Town Center, Roger Dean Stadium, Florida Atlantic University, and directly on the Abacoa Golf Club which make it a unique and popular neighborhood.
