Charleston Court was built by DiVosta between 1999 to 2000 and features 192 Victorian-Style golf course townhomes that are offered in two different floor plans. The larger 1,825 square foot model has a two-car detached garage with a 400 square foot private concrete private patio separating the townhomes from the garage. The smaller 1,600 square foot townhouses have an attached one-car garage and do not have a patio. Current Homeowners Association (HOA) dues for the townhomes in Charleston Court are $474/quarter, which includes your exterior maintenance and basic cable television.

Charleston Court Jupiter was built in two different phases: Phase one was built in 1999 and is located to the west of Parkside Drive and adjacent to the 9th hole of the Abacoa Golf Club and features 110 townhouses. Phase two was built in 2000 and is located to the south of Frederick Small Road and adjacent to the 7th and 8th holes of the Abacoa Golf Club and features 82 townhomes. The only architectural difference between the two phases was the addition of a balcony off the master bedroom in phase two.

The Charleston Court townhouses are located in Jupiter, Florida and is within walking distance from all the conveniences of the Town Center, Roger Dean Stadium, Florida Atlantic University, and directly on the Abacoa Golf Club which make it a unique and popular neighborhood.

Comparable townhouses are offered in Tuscany, Martinique, Antigua, and Osceola Woods.
