New Haven at Abacoa was built by DiVosta Homes between 1998 and 2001 and features 505 Victorian-Style townhomes and single-family homes for sale and for rent in Abacoa.

Homes range in size from two bedrooms with 1,300 square feet under air condition, to five bedrooms with 3,500 square feet under air condition. Homeowners Association (HOA) fees for the single family homes are $609/quarter and include common area maintenance and basic cable television. Townhomes range from 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, two car garage, and 1,400 square feet under air condition, to 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, two car garage, 400 square foot private patio, and over 1,800 square feet under air condition.

The community was built in two different phases; first phase of was built in 1998 and was the first of fifteen subdivisions completed in the development. The second phase was added to the south side of the community in 2001. New Haven is located to the east of Military Trail, west of Alternate A1A, and to the south of Frederick Small Road in Jupiter, Florida. Both phases of New Haven have their own community clubhouse, mail rooms, swimming pools, and playgrounds. These combine to make New Haven one of Jupiter’s most popular family-friendly neighborhoods.
