New Haven at Abacoa was built by DiVosta Homes between 1998 and 2001 and features 505 Victorian-Style townhomes and single-family homes for sale in Abacoa.

Homes range in size from two bedrooms with 1,300 square feet under air condition, to five bedrooms with 3,500 square feet under air condition. Homeowners Association (HOA) fees for the single family homes are $609/quarter and include common area maintenance and basic cable television. Townhomes range from 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, two car garage, and 1,400 square feet under air condition, to 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, two car garage, 400 square foot private patio, and over 1,800 square feet under air condition.
