San Palermo at Abacoa features only 34 Mediterranean-style three and four bedroom duplex Abacoa townhomes for sale and for rent in Jupiter, Florida.  All the townhouses are 1,867 square foot with a detached two-car garage and large private courtyard-style patio separating the town homes from the garage and were built by DiVosta in 2003.

Floor plans are offered in two different options; four bedrooms models with the master bedroom and two guest bedrooms upstairs, and a first floor bedroom with it’s own separate entrance and a full bath. The second floor plan offered, is a three bedroom model with dual master bedrooms upstairs, and the same downstairs set-up as the four bedroom model.

San Palermo is a quaint community is located west of Military Trail and north of Frederick Small Road and is adjacent to the Valencia neighborhood in Jupiter, Florida.  This is the only community in Abacoa that does not have a community pool, however, many of the models have their own private pool built into their patio. The community shares all the same amenities and conveniences of the other fourteen neighborhoods in the development.
