San Palermo

San Palermo at Abacoa is the smallest community in Abacoa, featuring only 34 Mediterranean-style three and four bedroom duplex townhomes that were built by DiVosta in 2003. All the townhouses are 1,867 square foot with a detached two-car garage and large private courtyard-style patio separating the town homes from the garage.

Abacoa San Palermo is located west of Military Trail and north of Frederick Small Road and is adjacent to Abacoa Valencia in Jupiter, FL. San Palermo is the only community in Abacoa that does not have a community pool, however, many of the townhomes have their own private pool built into their patio. The community shares all the same amenities and conveniences the Abacoa development offers in the downtown Abacoa Town Center area.
