Paloma in Palm Beach Gardens is a gated community comprised of single family homes and townhomes. Palm Beach Gardens new construction is hard to find, especially in this real estate market. The four bedrooms, four bath homes are shown in three different designs: the Barcelona, the Dulce, and the Elisa. Both the Dulce and the Elisa have a fifth bedroom option. Generally, prices range from $300,000 to $500,000.
PBG townhomes for sale in Paloma range in size from 1,746 square feet to more than 1,900 square feet of air conditioned living space. Known as the Azalea collection, the three bedrooms, two and half bath townhomes are showcased in two different floor plans: the Daffodil and the Eugenia. The townhouses feature large backyards.
